Yes—we ship CAT-style tourniquets to U.S. importers regardless of whether the importer holds FDA establishment registration. Our facility registration covers the manufacturing side. The importer is responsible for their own FDA compliance for U.S. distribution (which typically requires importer registration but not 510(k) clearance for the device itself, since the original CAT design is non-510(k)-classified). Confirm requirements with your U.S. regulatory counsel.

Yes. We supply the CE technical-file reference and supporting documentation for shipments destined for EU markets. For Class I non-sterile medical devices the CE marking process is the importer’s responsibility, but we provide the manufacturer-side technical documentation required by your EU representative or notified body.

The standard MOQ for OEM color (outside the four standard colors) is 1,000 units on the first order, dropping to 500 units on repeat orders of the same color spec. The 1,000-unit threshold is driven by webbing-dye batch size—below that we cannot run a dedicated color batch economically. For smaller OEM color runs, we can sometimes use existing color overstock; ask at the quote stage.

Our standard contract includes a 30-day post-arrival inspection window. Documented defects (verified against our batch COA) within that window are covered by replacement shipment on the next production run, at our cost. Disputes outside the inspection window or unrelated to manufacturing defects (such as transit damage or storage-condition issues) are reviewed case-by-case. We have not had a confirmed batch-defect claim in the past 18 months.

Tourniquets are generally classified as medical devices (HS 9018.90) and not subject to dual-use export restrictions in most markets. However, some destination countries require local medical-device registration before import. We do not register the product in your destination market — that is the importer’s responsibility — but we provide all manufacturer-side documentation needed for your local registration process.
